This is the official and most direct place to purchase your boat ticket. Upon arrival at the pier, you'll see a designated ticket counter.

📍Location:

  • The ticket office is situated right at the Chong Kneas boat pier, which is about 15-16 kilometers south of Siem Reap city center. Your tuk-tuk or taxi driver will know exactly where to take you [Show map].

🕒Open Hours:

  • Generally, boat tours operate from around 5 AM to 5:30 PM daily. The ticket office will be open during these hours to accommodate visitors.
